As a strip out company we recognise the need to manage the waste we produce in the most environmentally friendly manner possible. In order to achieve this we recycle wherever possible. We have supplied items to local schools, clubs and charities. We are often able to find second homes for carpets, furniture, kitchens and sanitary-ware. We never charge for any of these items as we feel it is our ethical duty to reduce waste.

All metals are recycled and so is any clean wood. We have close links with specialist companies for the disposal of hazardous waste such as fluorescent tubes, screens and electrical items.

It is not possible to recycle all waste items and some have to be transferred to waste depots. We take an interest in the recycling rates of the depots that we use and carefully select those companies with good waste management policies. We aim to use companies that are able to recycle up to 80% of their waste.
