These works were carried out to a substantial three storey office block. Works included the removal of 773 lm of partitions, 4,819 m2 of suspended ceilings and 4,720 m2 of carpet floor coverings.

In Guildford we stripped out a three floor office block with the client in occupation. We completely cleared the second floor whilst the client continued to work on the Ground and First Floor. The client then moved out of the First floor and our team moved in, this was repeated on the Ground Floor. We left all services live for the client during their occupation and kept noise and dust to a minimum. Our teams have the experience to work with other trades as well as keeping your clients happy.

These works were carried out in central London on two floors of an occupied office block. As well as other items we removed over 1,700 m2 of carpet tiles, 3 kitchens and all of the toilets.

Dartford was a warehouse unit with jumbo stud walls and a mezzanine floor. We were able to recycle the mezzanine floor and pallet racking, which kept our clients costs to a minimum. We used scissor lifts to facilitate the removal of the high walls and left the warehouse as an empty unit. All access equipment is supplied by us and included in our costs. We hire all of our access equipment from the countries leading plant hire company in order to ensure that is well maintained and certified.
